This privacy policy explains how Kaleon Wallpaper (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you use our website:
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Types of Information Gathered
- Contact and order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and order history.
- Design details: images, artwork, wall measurements and other files you send us for a custom order.
- Account details, if you create an account.
- Messages you send us by email, phone, our contact form or the chat assistant on our website.
- Payment details are collected and processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Browsing information collected by cookies and similar tools: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the site that referred you and actions on our website.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process, produce and deliver your orders; to answer your questions; to handle returns and warranty claims; to send you order updates; to send you marketing if you have agreed to receive it; to measure and improve our website and advertising; and to prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

We send marketing emails only if you subscribe or have bought from us and have not opted out. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
How We Share Information

- Shopify, including Shopify Payments: website, checkout, order management, payments and the chat assistant (data may be stored in Canada, the USA and other countries).
- PayPal, Afterpay and Apple Pay: payments (Australia, the USA and other countries).
- Klaviyo: email marketing and order emails (USA).
- Google (Analytics, Ads and Merchant Center): website analytics and advertising (USA and other countries).
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): advertising and measurement (USA, Ireland and other countries).
- Couriers and Australia Post: delivering your order (Australia and the destination country).
- Our IT support provider: website maintenance (Australia).
For advertising, Google and Meta may use information from our website (through cookies and their pixels) or a protected (hashed) version of your email to show you relevant ads and measure results. We do not sell your personal information.
Overseas Disclosure
Some of these providers store information outside Australia, mainly in the USA, Canada and Ireland. We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard similar to the Australian Privacy Principles.

Children
Our website is not directed at children, and purchases must be made by an adult.
