Thank you for shopping at Kaleon Wallpaper. This shipping policy applies to all products offered and published by Kaleon Wallpaper on the website:
(Hereinafter referred to as “Kaleon Wallpaper”).
Production and Dispatch
Our wallpaper, murals and samples are printed to order in our Sydney studio and dispatched within 7 business days of your order.
Imported products, such as our Tokiwa Japanese wallcoverings, are made to order by the maker and shipped from Japan. Their estimated delivery time is shown on each product page (usually around 6 weeks).
Delivery Times
Delivery time is in addition to production and depends on your location and the courier. Times shown on our website are estimates. If your order is delayed beyond the estimate, we will let you know.
Shipping Costs
- Australia: free shipping.
- New Zealand: NZ$20 for orders under NZ$100; free from NZ$100.
- United Kingdom: A$100.
- USA and Canada: A$80.
- Rest of the world: A$150.
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Address
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody could receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may have an additional cost.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your parcel is lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at prints@kaleon.com.au with your order number. We will deal with the courier and, where the parcel is lost or damaged, replace your order or refund you. See our return and refund policy for damaged items.
Customs Taxes
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. These are set by local customs and are payable by the customer.
