When calculating the quantity required, allow additional material for trimming, pattern matching and installation.

We strongly recommend ordering all rolls required for the same wall or room at the same time, as slight colour and texture variations may occur between production lots.

Installation requirements vary depending on the material. The wall surface should be clean, dry, smooth and properly prepared before installation.

Always inspect the wallpaper carefully before cutting or installation. After installing the first strips, check the colour, texture, joins and overall finish before continuing with the complete wall.

Depending on the material and finish, wallpaper joins may remain visible after installation.

Please inspect all rolls before installation and carefully check the first installed strips before continuing. If an issue is identified, stop installation and contact us before proceeding.

We strongly recommend ordering sufficient material for the complete project in one order to minimise differences between production lots.

For products currently in stock, orders are generally prepared for dispatch from Japan within approximately 2-3 business days. International transit time is additional and depends on the destination and freight service.
